Agencies

Client meeting notes for agencies.

Agencies live on what was agreed in client calls: the deadline, the extra round of revisions, the thing the client promised to send. When it isn’t written down, it turns into a scope argument three weeks later.

What it does

What Scripta handles for you

Three jobs that usually fall to whoever took the notes.

Minutes the client can read

Share the minutes with a link and an optional passcode. The client reads the summary, decisions and tasks without making an account.

Who owes what, on both sides

Tasks keep their owner whether that’s your team or the client’s, so “we’re waiting on your feedback” has a date and a quote behind it.

Your agency’s letterhead

Add your logo to the workspace and printed minutes carry it at the top, ready to send.

Website rebuild: client check-in

The homepage and two product pages were signed off, and WordPress was chosen for launch so editors who publish daily would not be slowed down. The launch date stays March 3 with the blog included, since the blog is the main reason for the rebuild. Hana Sato will update and send the technical plan, while Sofia Reyes will get the blog comments in by Friday and request viewer access to the analytics account for Hana, who will confirm it works.

Questions

What people ask first

Do clients need a Scripta account to read the minutes?

No. A share link opens the minutes in the browser. You choose whether it needs a passcode, and you can turn the link off at any time.

Does a bot join client calls?

No. Nothing of Scripta’s joins your call. You record from your browser, or bring the transcript your call tool or recorder already makes.

Can clients comment?

Yes, if you allow comments on that link. Their comments appear on the meeting for your team to answer.

Can we keep each client separate?

Use one workspace per client, or group meetings for a client into a Space inside one workspace.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan needs no card and includes AI write-ups and recording minutes every month. Paid plans add more of both, and seats for a team.

Whatever your team, the same promises

Nothing joins your call.

Nothing of Scripta’s ever joins your call. Record in your browser, or bring the transcript you already have.

Decisions keep their source.

Every decision and task is checked against the line it came from, so you can see where it was said.

Your team, your access.

Four roles, enforced on the data. Share a write-up with a client by private link and passcode.
