Daily stand-ups

Daily stand-up notes that keep the blockers.

Stand-ups are short on purpose, so nobody writes them down. The blocker raised on Monday is raised again on Thursday, and the agreement to stop merging until a test is fixed lives only in the heads of whoever was there.

What it does

What Scripta handles for you

Three jobs that usually fall to whoever took the notes.

Blockers become tasks

“I’ll chase the bank this morning” becomes a task with an owner, not a sentence that disappears.

Agreements kept

Team rules made in a stand-up are recorded as decisions with the line they came from.

Fast enough for fifteen minutes

Paste the transcript or record from the browser; the write-up takes about a minute.

Merges to main are blocked until the flaky checkout test is fixed or skipped with a ticket, and Owen Brady will post that restriction in the channel. Owen Brady and Chloe Martin will pair on the test, Chloe Martin moves to the failed-payment screen, and Nina Kowalski will chase the bank contact for the missing sandbox keys while Raj Patel starts the payout report if they do not arrive today.

Decision

Questions

What people ask first

Is it worth taking notes at a stand-up?

For blockers and agreements, yes. The round of updates can stay unwritten; what someone promised to unblock should not.

Does Scripta post to Slack or Teams?

No. There are no chat integrations. Share the meeting by link instead.

Does a bot join our calls?

No. Nothing of Scripta’s joins your call. You record from your browser, or bring the transcript your call tool or recorder already makes.

Can I copy the tasks into our tracker?

Yes, by hand, or export your tasks as CSV.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan needs no card and includes AI write-ups and recording minutes every month. Paid plans add more of both, and seats for a team.

Whatever your team, the same promises

Nothing joins your call.

Nothing of Scripta’s ever joins your call. Record in your browser, or bring the transcript you already have.

Decisions keep their source.

Every decision and task is checked against the line it came from, so you can see where it was said.

Your team, your access.

Four roles, enforced on the data. Share a write-up with a client by private link and passcode.
