One-on-one meetings

One-on-one meeting notes.

A one-on-one only works if what was agreed actually happens: the task moved to next sprint, the feedback promised the same day. Without notes, both sides remember it differently by the next week.

What it does

What Scripta handles for you

Three jobs that usually fall to whoever took the notes.

Commitments on both sides

What the manager promised is a task too, with a date, so it gets done.

Private by workspace

Notes live in a workspace you control; only people you add can see them.

Open items, before the next one

Before the next one-on-one, Scripta shows what’s still open from the last.

Weekly one-on-one

The reporting task was moved to the next sprint after the migration ran long due to unexpected duplicate data. Ethan Moore will lead the search redesign review on the 14th and prepare its agenda, with feedback to follow the same day.

Decision
Move the reporting task to the next sprint.Grace Liu: That's real work nobody planned for. Let's move the reporting task to next sprint so you're not doing both. Ethan Moore: That would help a lot. Grace Liu: Done, I'll move it today.

Questions

What people ask first

Who can see one-on-one notes?

Only people in the workspace they’re in. Use a separate workspace for one-on-ones if you don’t want your wider team to see them.

Should I record one-on-ones?

Only if both of you agree. Many people prefer to type a few notes and let Scripta turn them into tasks.

Does a bot join the call?

No. Nothing of Scripta’s joins your call. You record from your browser, or bring the transcript your call tool or recorder already makes.

Can I use my own notes instead of a transcript?

Yes. Paste or type your notes and Scripta drafts the minutes and tasks from them.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan needs no card and includes AI write-ups and recording minutes every month. Paid plans add more of both, and seats for a team.

Whatever your team, the same promises

Nothing joins your call.

Nothing of Scripta’s ever joins your call. Record in your browser, or bring the transcript you already have.

Decisions keep their source.

Every decision and task is checked against the line it came from, so you can see where it was said.

Your team, your access.

Four roles, enforced on the data. Share a write-up with a client by private link and passcode.
